Cardinalis Ceramics' Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Completed product orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. 

Custom orders or commissions will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days upon completion of the custom product and/or commission.

Domestic US & Canadian Shipping

All US and Canada orders will be shipped with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based the weight and dimensions of each order.

International Shipping (Excluding Canada)

At this time, we only ship to US and Canada.  We’re looking forward to shipping to outside US and Canada in the near future!

Customs, duties, and taxes

Cardinalis Ceramics LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
